way that's easy to understand, enabling the viewer to make sensible
food choices and develop heart-healthy eating habits. The program demonstrates
the long-term effects of high blood cholesterol on the cardiovascular
system. Though this program deals specifically with cholesterol, it
ties this major controllable risk factor back to an overall plan for
